Gerald is a properly trained professional Home Inspector, having graduated from Humber College's Home Inspection program, and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors' (InterNACHI) training to be a Certified Professional Inspector. He takes great pride in his work and the services he offers to all his clients. He has over a decade of experience in home repair and renovations, but is well aware that inspection is about much more than just knowing how something should be built in the first place. As a certified home inspector, Gerald not only knows how the systems of a house should operate, he has been trained to look for those subtle clues that could lead to potential or hidden problems as well. That training combined with the appropriate tools , and an excellent eye for detail gives Gerald the ability to find areas of concern that may impact your decision to go forward with your purchase, opt to make repairs or change your listing price.
Gerald is also a member of several professional associations (the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors, and the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors), and as such is held to strict standards of practice, including a commitment to ongoing training and education each and every year.
Gerald continues to expand his knowledge of the inspection industry by participating in additional courses and training, over and above his membership requirements, whenever the opportunities present themselves. His goal is to provide his clients with the most up-to-date reporting, knowledge and skills he would expect from someone inspecting his own home.
